Zheflon®FL2100 PVDF is an ultra high viscosity grade polyvinylidene
fluoride copolymer molecules containing polar functional groups can
be enhanced between the polymer molecules, the active substance and
force between the pole pieces of metal, and to improve the adhesion
properties in the electrolyte corrosion resistance.
Zheflon®FL2100 PVDF can effectively reduce the amount of formula, reducing
battery DC resistance, to improve the energy density of the battery
charge and discharge performance, effectively inhibiting cell
resistance changes during the cycle, and thus meet the needs of the

- This product should be processed under 260℃ to avoid producing
- PVDF has good fire resistance and smoke inhibition property. While,
it will release toxic hydrogen fluoride gas and fluorocarbon
compounds when meets with fire.
- Operators should pay attention to personal protection during the
processing and operating.
PVDF is packed in PE plastic bag and then be put into a drum with
the net weight 25KGS. It must be stored in clean, cool, dry place.
